We provide outsourced, analyst level support to real estate companies, without the cost or commitment of someone in house. Our work include financial modeling, market research, property-level diligence, project feasibility, as well as  work with GPs to create investor presentations and debt teasers to support capital raising efforts. From initial underwriting to ongoing reporting and project updates, we deliver the full scope of services typically handled by an in-house analyst.
